Peter Ferguson – TV News Producer With formal training at The National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) and The Australian Playhouse Studio, Andy Rodoreda is a seasoned performer with a career spanning film, television and theatre. His film and TV credits include lead roles in the AFI nominated movies Black Water, Saved and the six part Network Ten mini-series – Doves of War. A Sydney resident, he has also had regular roles on Blue Heelers, Stingers and more recently, East West 101 as well as playing the infamous Ray ‘Chuck’ Bennett on Tough Nuts for the Fox CI network. In theatre, Andy Rodoreda has and continues to work on the main stage for Sydney’s leading theatre companies including the STC, Belvoir Street Theatre and the Griffin Theatre. He has also written and directed a number of short films including With Kings (Finalist – Australia’s Flickerfest) and Hop, Skip, Jump (Finalist – Tropfest).
Jim ‘Tangles’ Williams – Sound Recordist “The Tunnel” is the Melbourne-based actor’s fourth feature film in recent years. A graduate from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Luke Arnold started in Australian television with roles on McLeods Daughters, Rush, Rescue: Special Ops, City Homicide and Steven Spielberg’s The Pacific. Luke Arnold was also the lead in the upcoming comedy Dealing with Destiny and recently returned to Italy to star in the thriller Murder in the Dark. |
Natasha Warner – TV Journalist “The Tunnel” is Bel Deliá’s debut feature film in a lead role and an introduction to the horror/thriller genre. The Sydney resident was awarded Best Actress honours at Tropfest 2010 for her comedic role in The Last Roll of the Dice with a judging line up of Toni Collette, Elijah Wood and the Spierig Brothers. Bel has recently appeared in local comedy shows, ABC2’s I Rock and Mick Molloy’s The Jesters on FOXTEL. Passionate about her contribution to the industry through the creation and development of film, Bel Deliá has a feature and series in development. Bel has trained in both theatre and film, having studied at the Actors Centre Australia, with Screenwise under Denise Roberts and more recently in the Chubbuck Technique at both the Ivana Chubbuck LA studios and locally in Sydney with Anthony Wong. |
Steve Miller – News Cameraman Starting his career in television news in 1985 at the Nine Network in Brisbane, real-life cameraman, Steve Davis covered the first Gulf War in 1991. The Sydney resident was then posted to the Nine Network Los Angeles bureau from 1991 – 1994 covering North & South America and Pacific news with a three year stint following at the Nine Network London covering world news events. In 1998 Steve Davis returned to Australia to pursue a freelance career – he has since worked with Discovery, National Geographic, Nine Network, Channel 7 Network 10. More recently, Steve Davis has been travelling the globe for the Nine Network’s Getaway show and has hosted a six part Foxtel series, Digital Home Movie, on the How To Channel. “The Tunnel” is Steve Davis’ first acting role. |
